Delivery

We offer express Australia wide shipping with tracking, and many products in our range include free shipping.

Sydney metropolitan deliveries can typically be organised for same day or next day delivery. A specific weekday can also be chosen for delivery if required.

Smaller items (cables etc) will typically ship via Australia Post. Medium and large items ship via express courier.

Please note the shipping calculator on our website can sometime be inaccurate, especially for large items or to rural areas. In these instances, we will contact you in order to resolve any issues. Alternatively please feel free to contact us prior to purchase to get an accurate quote.

All deliveries are insured. We highly recommend that items are shipped to a business address, or an address where someone can sign for the delivery. A signature on delivery is required, unless you request ‘Authority to Leave.’ This request can be made during Checkout – simply type ‘Authority to Leave’ in the Order Notes section, and specify where you want the items left (eg – front door, in the garage etc).

Please note – if you request Authority to Leave, the delivery company and Eastwood HiFi are no longer responsible for the items once they are delivered.

Other Shipping Info

  • Row One Cinema Seating can only be delivered to Sydney Metro areas, and is direct delivered from our suppliers on a pre-organised date.
  • We do not offer international shipping.
  • Damage during delivery – should you receive a product that arrives damaged please take photos of the damage and contact us on 02 9651 4922. All damage needs to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
