FAULTS AND RETURNS

If you are experiencing any issues or difficulties with an item you have purchased from us, or require technical support, please don’t hesitate to call us on 02 9651 4922. We are here to help and can assist with troubleshooting, and potentially determine if a product may be faulty.

In the rare event that an item you have purchased from us develops a fault, please get in touch with us. If the item is still within warranty it can be returned in person to our store, and then it will be sent to an authorised service agent for assessment. If you can’t return the item to the store in person we can advise the location of your closest authorised service agent.

Please choose products carefully as Eastwood HiFi typically does not typically provide refunds for change of mind. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. We may offer a refund at our discretion, and a restocking fee may apply. In some cases where an item is returned unopened, and in perfect resalable condition, a restocking fee may not be applied.

If a refund has been approved, this will be provided through the same payment method that was originally used when the order was placed.
