Support these guys because their service is exceptional. After some great advice on the phone from Mike re new turntables, an order for a Rega Planar 1 was placed quickly, and with free shipping arrived the next morning. The offer of follow up advice if there were any issues was really nice, and a real point of difference from the big retailers. Can't wait to go back for more gear.

Fantastic Experience Wow 5 Stars !I couldn't be happier with the awesome level of customer service, amount of product knowledge and professionalism, from Craig He is an asset to this business. Nothing was too much trouble!Very honest and transparent in the way Craig deals with everything. After spending many weeks researching other products, the AV receiver and speaker package was well worth the money. Can’t recommend him highly enough. He truly went above and beyond !! Superb place to get Hifi equipment. I went in with an idea of what I wanted from new speakers and was suggested something that ended up being much more suited to the sound I was looking for, for the same price. I went back soon after for a new amp and although I walked away with the higher quality model anyway, they were very honest about what they thought I would need.After discovering a feature with my new amp wasn't quite expected once I got it home, which wasn't the fault of Eastwood, they went well above and beyond to solve it for me and make sure I walked away happy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service from Mike and team. I did a lot of research prior to walking into their shop and I'll tell you now that nothing beats going in and trying speakers out in person.The process was effortless and the prices are unmatched. I'd recommend this store to anyone that is looking at HiFi systems. I know I'll be going back to them when it is time to upgrade.Less than an hour later the system I bought is setup and playing music, couldn't be happier.

Five star on customer service, patience, giving you the solution that best suits what your needs.Could not ask for a better experience. I could not get a full range bass from my system and thought it was due to my Subwoofer. Got my sub with me to Eastwood HiFi and they patiently benchmarked it against their display subs. Craig showed me that the issue was not my Sub and indeed I have to change my speakers due to my room acoustics.They recommended the Monitor Audio Bronze 500 and I fell in love when demonstrated. After more than 100 hrs of breaking in the speakers, they sound fantastic and give me the bass I was after. The speakers brought the movies and music to life.

These guys are brilliant. I had a problem with the correct settings on my TV and amplifier after buying the Marantz amplifier from them. Mike was patient, extremely helpful and we got it all sorted over the phone after about 20 minutes. Time was not a problem, only getting it set correctly !

Their after sales service is exceptional. They stand behind what they sell. I had an issue with a 2 year old AV receiver, but the model was no longer in production. They replaced it under warranty with a brand new unit of the next model up, at no extra cost. In my view, these guys are the best HiFi/AV specialists in Sydney.

I recently purchased a turntable. Shipping was instant and the transaction was seamless.When I set it up I discovered a faulty component, Nick and Craig were there for me every step of the way, to help diagnose and eventually resolve the issue, which was absolutely no fault of their own. Hello Mike,Today, our new Yamaha CD- C603 arrived safely at our home on the Sunshine Coast. We have installed it and are now enjoying our music again - our old Yamaha CDC 697 has been consigned to the wheelie bin having given, we estimate, fourteen years of good service.Speaking of service we could not rate your team's professional approach and service any higher. The order was efficiently processed with a phone call to check that we still wanted the player given the random play option had been changed from the model we currently had. The delivery dated was calculated by Nick to coincide with my RDO and sure enough delivery was on time.All this while, at the same time, pricing the player very competitively - we checked very thoroughly all the cd changers available on the market and the prices being asked for them.We have no hesitation in giving Eastwood Hi-Fi a five star rating and saying that we would happily use your services again as well as urging potential customers to do the same.Kind regards and thank you.Diana and Tim,Pacific Paradise.

Quite possibly the best service I've had in a very long time. I was trying to order a Denon AV receiver but the checkout online was not working. I emailed and asked for an online payment option, they had a PayPal invoice to me in under an hour, I paid and had the item the next day. I'm regional, the turn-around time was unbelievable, even my partner and kids didn't believe it.

I've bought two AVR's from Eastwood with 9 years between them. In both purchases they have been incredible to deal with, the customer service is truly above and beyond, and they are extremely knowledgeble in this area. The pricing is also extremely reasonable, and you know they won't try and selI you things you don't need. I only wish they had a store in Brisbane, but i'd probably just end up buying even more off them, so maybe it's a blessing in disguise.

I needed to buy a replacement for my Amp which had died. These guys came highly recommended. From the moment i made contact, I could tell that they were not only really knowledgeable but, extremely helpful. They understood my requirements but, then after receiving delivery i would contact them several times to workout how best to set the Amp up. Each time they went above and beyond in assisting me. If only all companies were as professional as these guys. I can not recommend them highly enough.

This might be the most satisfying purchase I’ve made in recent years. I bought two Martin Logan Foundation series speakers from them. Craig guided us through a listening session, providing honest advice within our budget without pushing any unnecessary equipment, unlike another store we’ve visited. A week later, Mike allowed me to listen to the speakers again until I decided to make the purchase. Mike also gave me the height recommendation for speaker stands, and I’m now grateful I followed his advice, saving me a potential return trip to the store 🙂 These guys are fantastic! If I have any future needs, this would be the store I’d most willingly go to.

I purchased a SVS sb3000 from Eastwood Hi Fi. Mike was having troubles with the couriers at the time, he kept me informed through the whole process, long story short, it finally arrived at his store & by the end of the day i had my sub, Mike delivered it personally to me, first class service. Amazing customer service. One of the new speakers I bought was not working properly. Mike came out to my house after work to check it out and was able to fix it on the spot. In addition have kept me up to date on shipping of a new AVR that is in short supply with multiple calls and updates. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Purchased a Yamaha RX-A4A just over a year ago from Eastwood Hi-Fi and one of the surround channels has just died. Still under warranty so all good but was going to be a big delay in getting replacement parts from overseas.Nick from Eastwood Hi-Fi has been fantastic to deal with at every step of the way.He helped to expediate the process and has been in constant communication with me at every step of the process.
